We are disappointed to see that you have chosen to act on your intention to leave a negative review unless you received a complimentary IPL service at our office, to which we did respond. Additionally, we received your follow up voicemail on a day when we were closed due to snow, which delayed our ability to respond to you once more.

We want to emphasize that we take hygiene and sanitation very seriously. Our practice adheres to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, and our medical assistants receive thorough training in infection control.  We strive to provide the highest quality of care to all our patients. The concerns you've raised do not reflect our established practices and seem more indicative of your written intention to leave a negative review unless we refunded you $85 for an IPL treatment.

Regarding your expectation for a complimentary IPL treatment, while we have provided complimentary IPL treatments in the past for specific situations (e.g., treatment of bruises resulting from prior procedures), this was not applicable in this instance as your request was for a cosmetic treatmentPlease RSVP if you can attend for s'mores and burger count.
